Sales Training & Enablement Programs

Sales capability shows up in three places: which opportunities a rep chooses to pursue, what happens in discovery, and what they do when price is challenged. Those are the three things our sales programmes work on.

The problem

Sales teams rarely fail because they lack enthusiasm or product knowledge. They fail because pipeline is full of opportunities that were never qualified, because discovery stops at features, and because the only response to pressure on price is a discount.

Generic sales training makes this worse by teaching a methodology in isolation from the company's own deals. Reps leave with vocabulary they never use, and managers keep running the same optimistic pipeline review.

We build sales programmes from your live deals, your buyer types and your objections, and we involve sales managers directly, because the reinforcement that makes selling behaviour stick happens in their reviews, not in the workshop.

What participants leave able to do

  • Qualify hard and exit unwinnable deals early
  • Run discovery that surfaces business pain and cost of inaction
  • Translate capability into value the buyer can defend internally
  • Handle objections without immediate concession
  • Negotiate while protecting price and the relationship
  • Close every conversation with a committed next step
  • Grow existing accounts through planned relationship work

Who it is for

  • Field sales and inside sales teams
  • Key account and relationship managers
  • Channel and partner-facing teams
  • Sales managers and regional heads
  • Pre-sales and solution consultants

A 20-minute discovery call. No deck, no pitch, we ask about the behaviour you want to move.

We use your details only to respond to this enquiry.

Where organisations ask us to help

The recurring challenges inside this area.

Unqualified pipeline

Everything is progressing and nothing is closing. Reps stay in deals long past the point where a real buyer would have committed to a next step.

Feature-led conversations

Discovery reduced to a demo request. No business pain surfaced, no cost of inaction established, so value is argued on specification.

Reflex discounting

Price objections treated as a pricing problem rather than a value problem, eroding margin quarter after quarter.

Sales managers who inspect but don't coach

Reviews focused on numbers rather than on the quality of the last customer conversation, so the same mistakes repeat.

Programs

How we deliver

  • Two to three day in-person workshops with live deal work
  • Deal clinics over subsequent weeks with sales managers present
  • Call and meeting reviews using recordings or role-play
  • Separate module for sales managers on coaching cadence

How outcomes are measured

We define the observable selling behaviours with the sales leader, qualification discipline, next-step commitment, discovery depth, and review them in clinics rather than claiming revenue attribution we cannot prove.

Questions

What HR and L&D teams ask us.

How is this different from a standard sales methodology rollout?
A methodology gives you a framework; capability comes from practising it on your own deals with your own managers coaching. We spend most of the programme on your live pipeline.
Do you train sales managers separately?
Yes. Sales manager development is the highest-leverage part of most engagements, because they own the reinforcement after we leave.
Can you work with both direct and channel teams?
Yes, though the discovery and negotiation practice is scripted differently for each. Mixed cohorts work when the qualification standard is shared.
Next step

Start with one cohort. Judge the behaviour change.

Most engagements begin as a single pilot cohort, so your team can evaluate the facilitation and the follow-through before a wider rollout.
