Locations
Our facilitators come to you, so each programme is designed for your cohort rather than to fill a local calendar. These are the cities we work in most often.

Telangana
Hyderabad is our home base, and we deliver across India from here. Most of our design work, pilot cohorts and repeat engagements run here, which means short lead times, in-person scoping conversations and facilitators who can be in your office the same week.
On-site delivery
Karnataka
We deliver leadership, sales and communication programmes on site across Bangalore. Our facilitators come to you, which keeps the design attention on your cohort rather than on filling a local calendar.
On-site delivery
Tamil Nadu
We deliver in Chennai across both the IT corridor and the manufacturing belt. The design brief changes noticeably between the two, so we scope them differently.
On-site delivery
Maharashtra
Pune sits between two economies, engineering and manufacturing on one side, IT and shared services on the other. We deliver in both, with different scenarios in each room.

Maharashtra
In Mumbai the audience is disproportionately commercial, BFSI, capital markets, media, consulting. Credibility in front of a client is the product, so that is what the practice is built around.
On-site delivery
Delhi, Gurugram & Noida
We deliver across Gurugram, Noida and Delhi for corporate head offices, captive centres and national sales organisations that run their reviews from here.
Elsewhere in India
We have delivered outside these cities and continue to. Tell us the city, the audience and the dates and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Most engagements begin as a single pilot cohort, so your team can evaluate the facilitation and the follow-through before a wider rollout.
