About us

We are usually hired when previous training didn't stick.

We design and deliver customised corporate training for companies across India: leadership, sales, communication, workplace effectiveness and customer experience. Every programme starts with your context, not a catalogue.

Sharat Sharma facilitating a corporate training session

Founder & lead facilitator

Sharat Sharma

Leadership consultant and facilitator with more than fifteen years of experience working with corporate teams across India. Sharat scopes each engagement personally, facilitates the leadership and sales tracks himself, and stays involved through reinforcement, so clients deal with one accountable partner rather than a rotating bench of trainers.

Clients describe his sessions as demanding, practical and unusually engaging: a room of experienced professionals kept working rather than talked at.

What we believe

Four convictions that shape every engagement.

A workshop is not the intervention

The workshop is one day in a long year. Without manager involvement and reinforcement it becomes a pleasant memory. We design for the weeks after the room, not only the hours inside it.

Customisation is not a slide with your logo on it

We interview stakeholders, read your escalations, and write practice scenarios from your own context. Participants should recognise their own working week in the material.

Discomfort is where learning happens

Practice, role-play and feedback in front of peers. Adults change behaviour by attempting the difficult thing once, safely, and being coached through it.

If it can't be evidenced, we don't claim it

We agree what will be observed and by whom before delivery, and report what actually changed. We do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind.

How we work

A four-stage engagement, every time.

  1. STAGE 01

    Align

We start by understanding the business problem, the people in the room and what the sponsor actually needs to change. Conversations first, content later.

  2. STAGE 02

    Design

We then design what fits: a workshop, a cohort, coaching or a blend of all three, written around your own scenarios, customers and escalations.

  3. STAGE 03

    Deliver

Sessions run on practice, discussion and real application rather than slide-reading, with managers involved so the habits survive the return to work.

  4. STAGE 04

    Measure

We check what participants and their managers are doing differently, then report it back in the language your leadership team already uses.

Teams who have brought us in, and agreed to be named.

A good part of our work sits under confidentiality. Where a client is happy to be named, we show them here.

In their words

What people said after working with us.

Thanks for conducting wonderful leadership training and helping the participants enhance their leadership skills. All the participants said the session was very motivating, very well presented, and that you kept them on their toes throughout the workshop.
Akshaya Shetty · HR Manager, Prime Soft Solutions
Sharat is a seasoned leadership consultant with rich experience of training corporates to achieve their goals. He trained us to aim high and kill the fear. The broken glass walk activity was very well executed, a great learning experience.

Next step

Start with one cohort. Judge the behaviour change.

Most engagements begin as a single pilot cohort, so your team can evaluate the facilitation and the follow-through before a wider rollout.
