Program
Campus to Corporate Training Program for New Hires
Turning capable graduates into colleagues people are glad to work with, in the first few weeks rather than the first year.
- Duration
- 2–3 days
- Format
- In-person cohort, usually inside induction
- Group size
- 20–30 participants
The problem we are solving
New graduates arrive technically prepared and professionally unprepared. Nobody has told them what a good update looks like, when to ask for help, or how to behave in a client meeting.
Left to observe and copy, they learn the habits of whoever sits nearest, which is a lottery.
About this program
A campus to corporate training programme that helps new graduates behave like professionals from week one. It covers workplace expectations, communication with managers, ownership of tasks, business etiquette and working with people much older than them.
Usually delivered as part of induction for graduate and management trainee batches.
What changes in behaviour
- Understand what the organisation expects day to day
- Write a clear email and give a clear update
- Take ownership of a task end to end
- Ask for help early and specifically
- Work confidently with senior and cross-functional colleagues
What the program covers
- From student to professional
- Workplace communication basics
- Ownership, follow-through and escalation
- Business etiquette in person and online
- Feedback, learning and the first appraisal
Who it is for
- Graduate and management trainee batches
- Interns converting to full-time roles
- Early-career hires in their first corporate job
- Can this run for a large batch?
- Yes. We run parallel cohorts with the same facilitator team so quality and content stay consistent across the batch.
Start with one cohort. Judge the behaviour change.
Most engagements begin as a single pilot cohort, so your team can evaluate the facilitation and the follow-through before a wider rollout.
