In the modern workplace, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills have become a must have skills at all levels in an organization. Your ability to take timely decisions is a result of understanding problem completely and skillfully finding solutions. To do this one must learn to limit their personal biases and look at solutions in a holistic manner.
We take around 35,000 decisions per day. Some are critical and impact us where as others are not very significant. Many of these decisions are taken unconsciously. When we learn to make decisions with right tools and strategies and in a timely manner, they help us grow in our career. A right decision at the right time also helps the organizations achieve the results and compound their profits. Hence, this skill is a must have skill for every employee in the organization.
During our problem solving and decision making program, participants learn how to accurately identify the problem, learn the consequences of delaying the decision, apply problem solving techniques for better decisions and minimize uncertainty.
