Giving & Receiving Feedback

Giving & Receiving Feedback

Introduction

“Feedback is the breakfast of champions” says Ken Blanchard a famous author and business consultant. This clearly means that those who achieve great heights in their career rely on feedback. They consider feedback as an opportunity to grow in their career. They understand that timely and constructive feedback can prevent poor performance in the future.

Yet, on one hand we have those who consider feedback as complaint or punishment. Hence, they build a wall and are never open to receive feedback. On the other hand we have managers or leaders who are reluctant to provide feedback for the fear of conflict. They are neither equipped with right skills and methods to give feedback.

Our program Giving & Receiving feedback is focused on both the receiver and the giver of feedback. The training covers the qualities, skills and the methods required to give and receive feedback in a powerful way to enhance performance.
