Conflicts are natural at any workplace. The fact is when different people from varies backgrounds work together they bring diverse ideas, perspectives and opinions. This leads to conflicts. Conflicts can be because of several reasons like miscommunication, misunderstandings, different values, strong personalities, etc.

We all face conflicts. The problem however is not with conflicts but the way conflicts are handled. In most cases conflicts are either avoided or handled poorly. The consequence of handling conflict poorly has a very bad impact on overall team’s performance.
